Who owns my design?
You own your designs. Fins & Ferns receives a limited license only to render previews and fulfill your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and availability. Order updates appear in your account.
What if my order is damaged?
Contact support promptly with your order details and photos. Refunds or replacements apply to damaged or incorrect items.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. If you’re logged in, your saved designs and order history can help you repeat or refine an existing layout.
