You retain ownership of the designs you create on Fins & Ferns, including the layout and composition you build using the platform tools.

By placing an order, you grant Fins & Ferns a limited license to render, process, and reproduce your design only as needed to display previews and fulfill your order.

You may not resell platform-provided assets, product images, or derived previews without explicit permission from Fins & Ferns.
