Many items are prepared, bundled, or customized based on your selected aquascape. Please review your cart and order details carefully before checkout.

You are responsible for the designs you create and submit. Fins & Ferns is not liable for outcomes based on design choices, placement, or compatibility in your tank environment.

After checkout, orders may begin processing immediately. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing has started.

Refunds are offered only for items that are damaged on arrival or incorrect compared to the order. Please contact support promptly with order details and photos.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time to improve reliability, add features, or meet compliance requirements.
